Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Intern to support our Quality department with various tasks, including data analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
* Help prepare and update quality documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
* Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality department.
Job Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or a recent graduate.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
