Responsabilités:
Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité de l’entreprise et de l’usine ainsi que des lois et règlements applicables émis par les organismes de réglementation.
Appliquer des outils et techniques statistiques pour surveiller la performance de l’usine et des produits finis.
Réaliser des tests en laboratoire et prélever des échantillons selon les intervalles établis.
Auditer la conformité aux politiques BPF.
Effectuer des inspections des processus lors du moulage, de l’emballage et du chargement.
Effectuer l’inspection à la réception des matières premières.
Réaliser des vérifications dimensionnelles et rédiger des rapports sur les produits.
Effectuer des inspections en cours de production des produits fabriqués lors du moulage, de l’emballage et du chargement.
Effectuer des comptages cycliques et/ou l’inventaire des produits finis selon les besoins..
Accomplir toute autre tâche assignée par la direction.
Qualifications:
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
Une année d’expérience pertinente.
Compétences
Pratiques de travail sécuritaires.
Connaissances de base en statistiques.
Compétences en métrologie, y compris la calibration.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et respecter les délais.
Bonnes compétences en informatique.
Compréhension du rôle de la qualité dans une organisation manufacturière et d’un système de gestion de la qualité
