About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing team. The successful candidate will be part of the team, responsible for executing comprehensive PR strategies, managing media relations, and maintaining the organization’s positive public image.

Your Role:

• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, media outlets, and editors. Pitch ideas, arrange interviews, interviews, and press activations to ensure positive media coverage.
• Implement and oversee PR projects and campaigns aligned with organizational goals, and coordinate efforts with internal teams including design, content, and product and partner marketing, as well as HR.
• Develop and execute PR plans that identify target audiences, craft key messages, and select effective channels to reach and engage stakeholders.
• Brand Support:
  Work closely with marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels and develop strategies that enhance reputation.
• Industry & Competitor Analysis:
  Stay informed on industry trends, news, and activities of competitors, identifying opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Crisis Communication & Mitigation: Oversee crisis communication plans, monitor public opinion, and manage the organization’s response to potential issues.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track PR performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in PR, media relations, or communications, preferably within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape, social media platforms, and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans.
• Experience working with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle crisis situations effectively.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
