Role description
Our PR & Communications team is looking for a PR & Communications Manager for CEE/ Poland for its Group, B2B and Consumer communications activities. As PR & Communications Manager you will manage the appearance and visibility of us as a group in general, for our B2B brand AUTO1.com in the Central and Eastern Europe, in particular in trade and business media and at industry-specific events, and our consumer brand Autohero in Poland. You will be reporting directly to a Communications Lead in Berlin and working closely with the country leadership team in Poland across the Group’s business units. This role is based in our HQ in Warsaw.
Job Description
What will you be responsible for?

Active involvement in shaping our communications strategy, including identifying relevant corporate topics as well as industry and mobility trends

Planning, implementation and localization of the international communication strategy of Autohero in Poland and auto1.com in CEE

Establishment and expansion of a network of journalists, multipliers and cooperation partners

Managing and answering press inquiries

Supporting internal stakeholders and business units in communications topics, including supporting HQ Internal Communications with content localization for Poland and local content creation

Conception, planning and implementation of communications and PR projects - locally and on a European level

Planning and creation of content on company news, product updates and industry topics: This includes all relevant formats, such as press releases or the preparation of interviews

Planning, implementation and evaluation of our own events and external industry events in CEE (including responsibility for event materials such as presentations, booths, roll-ups, flyers, merchandise) with the support of local CEE Heads of Sales

Coordination and content creation for advertorials in close cooperation with the B2B marketing team

Success control, reporting and continuous optimization of all activities

End-to-end project management, from ideation to execution - e.g. industry event research, booth set up, and event execution

Budget responsibility for communication projects in Poland

Occasional travel for events and Team meetings is required
Qualifications
What we expect from you ?
- Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Public Relations, Communications or in an agency
- An existing network of press contacts in Poland
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working and the ability to keep several balls in the air without losing sight of the details
- Organizational talent as well as very good project management skills
- Polish or native speaker level and fluent in English, as you will be working in an international team and organization
