POSITION SUMMARY
The PR Assistant will support our US PR Team in research and administrative day-to-day functions to help establish and maintain a positive public image, on behalf of Princess Polly.
For this role we are seeking a proactive go-getter who will build strong professional relationships within our department, and work to improve our team processes with efficiency and accuracy.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR PR ASSISTANT:
-You will be responsible for maintaining the Monthly Influencer Report, in addition to processing VIP/celebrity gifting orders in a timely manner
-Utilizing your sourcing skills, you will seek new influencers to add to our database and assist in developing new strategies
-You will collaborate with our finance team to ensure invoices are paid with urgency
-Expanding on your communication skills, you will assist in writing, editing, and preparing presentations
-You monitor PR direct messages to ensure the tracker stays up to date and assist with any additional research/support as requested by the US PR team
- You will be closely monitoring the US PR team data entry to track errors and ensure that attention to detail is executed for each collaboration
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-1+ years of experience in public relations or influencer marketing preferred
-Strong communication and writing skills
-Positive, optimistic attitude and flexibility in a fast paced environment
-Extremely detail oriented and organized
-Strong Google Suite skills required (Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs)
Salary banding: $20-25/hour
