One Green Bean

Job Description :

At One Green Bean, we're looking for our next Account Coordinator. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about the power of earned communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their communications career who is eager to learn, contribute creative ideas, and gain hands-on experience across public relations, social media and influencer campaigns.

You'll join a smart and energetic team of earned media specialists to work across an exciting mix of brands, from iconic global names to ambitious Aussie challengers. In this role, you'll gain exposure to every stage of campaign delivery, develop practical communications skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in earned communications.

At one green bean, we create fame driving ideas that earn attention by leveraging the power of people and their passions.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated and passionate about communications, social media and cultural trends. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working collaboratively, have strong attention to detail, and are excited by the opportunity to learn in a dynamic agency environment.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and analyse media coverage across client accounts

  • Prepare regular coverage reports

  • Maintain and update media databases and contact lists

  • Identify relevant media opportunities and new targets for content creator and media coverage

  • Draft and edit press releases, media materials and briefing documents.

  • Conduct social media research and trend analysis

  • Social media monitoring and campaign activity

  • Support research and insights gathering for client campaigns.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

  • Assist with the development of campaign concepts and activations.

  • Coordinate media and influencer mailers, including sourcing products, packing and distribution.

  • Research and liaise with venues, suppliers and event partners.

  • Provide administrative and project support across a range of PR, social and entertainment campaigns.

  • Assist with the smooth delivery of client projects and agency initiatives.

  • Stay across emerging platforms, cultural trends and conversations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated interest in PR, marketing or social media

  • Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative thinker with a curiosity for culture, trend and storytelling

  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

We’re looking for someone who epitomises One Green Bean’s four core values. This means you will:

  • Always be two steps ahead – of your clients, of your team, other agencies, the industry, even of yourself. We’re a fast-paced, ever-evolving agency and you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and solutions focused to not just keep up, but stay ahead. And by the way, we work quickly, not carelessly. Attention to detail is critical.

  • Make sh*t happen – It doesn’t matter what your job title is, you’ll need to be able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when there’s a job to be done.

  • Be a big dreaming realist – we love big thinkers, dreamers and What If-ers. Positive, passionate people who will never settle for anything less than excellence in their work – be it a big creative idea, a media strategy or a budget. But this must be balanced with reality. Be as creative as you like, but never sell anyone, be it a client or a colleague, an impossibility.

  • Have ambition without ego – perhaps the most important of our values. Be ambitious. Be restless. Be awesome. But check your ego at the door.

The important stuff – the benefits of working with us:

  • Flexible Working: Work from the office 3 days a week, with Mondays and Fridays at home.

  • Free Coffee: every Tuesday

  • Yearly Creative Retreat: A chance to disconnect, think, and bond outside the office.

  • Yearly HavaRest Day: Day off to focus on mental health

  • Summer Fridays: Finish at 3pm on Fridays to enjoy the sun.

  • Dog Days: Bring your pup in once a month for playtime.

  • Progressive Leave Policies: Birthday, wedding, volunteering leave, and policies for IVF, miscarriage, adoption, and gender reaffirmation.

Havas Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Havas and has not been reviewed or approved by Havas.
