Distribution is a key pillar in the Organisational growth strategy and retail distribution is at the focal point of this. The Financial Intermediaries Manager role is a leadership position that requires significant experience and expertise in financial advisory services, leadership and partnership management.Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries such as Banks, Brokers, and independent financial advisors.
Product and Service Offering: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the

Training and Support: Provide training and support to financial intermediaries on the Company’s products and services ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyse sales performance identifying key areas of improvement, product enhancements and implement strategies to optimise results.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with the financial intermediaries.
Reporting: Provide reports on the sector performance weekly, monthly or ad hoc if required.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk within the financial intermediary space.
Qualifications
Professional Certifications: Degree in the Business discipline or equivalent courses, or other relevant certifications.
Financial Industry knowledge ensuring an understanding of the industry players and products.
Investment Advisory and Stockbroker certification an added advantage.
At least three (3) years in a leadership role with proven track record of five (5) years in banking or financial sector.
Skills & Traits
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to maintain strong relations with the financial intermediaries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with financial intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.
