Distribution is a key pillar in the Organisational growth strategy and retail distribution is at the focal point of this. The Financial Advisory Manager role is a leadership position that requires significant experience and expertise in financial advisory services, leadership and team management.Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
Client Relationship Management: Oversee client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth.
Financial Planning and Advisory: Provide expert financial planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the financial advisory business, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Reporting: Provide reports on the sector performance weekly, monthly or ad hoc if required.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk within the financial advisory team.
Qualifications
Professional Certifications: Degree in the Business discipline or equivalent courses, or other relevant certifications.
Investment Advisory and Stockbroker certification.
Experience
Proven experience in financial advisory services, team management, and leadership.
Expertise in financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.
