Responsibilities:

负责生产计划的制定、协调与监控，确保生产过程高效顺畅，满足市场需求。
岗位职责
* 根据销售预测和库存情况，制定短期、中期生产计划，并定期修订。
* 协调生产、采购、销售等部门，确保生产物料、设备和人员的及时到位。
* 监控生产进度，及时发现并解决生产过程中的异常情况，确保按时交付。
* 负责生产计划的排程、派工，并对生产订单进行跟踪管理。
* 分析生产数据，优化生产计划流程，提高生产效率和资源利用率。
* 参与库存管理，确保合理的物料库存水平。
* 编制并提交生产计划相关报告。
* 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职资格
* 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程或相关专业。
* 3年以上PPIC或生产计划相关工作经验，有造纸行业经验者优先。
* 熟悉生产计划排程、物料管理、库存控制等相关知识。
* 熟练使用MRP/ERP系统，如SAP等。
* 具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
* 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
* 工作细致严谨，责任心强，抗压能力好。
* 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel。

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years PPIC or production planning related experience
- Experience in the paper industry
- Familiarity with production scheduling, material management, and inventory control
- Proficient with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good stress resistance
- Proficient in office software, especially Excel
