Lyreco Intersafe allows companies to increase their individual safety performance, though a team of over 350 PPE Safety Specialists offering advice and a market leading product assortment from leading PPE suppliers, as well as through a growing range of Intersafe’s own brand products.
Due to rapid business expansion & growth in Thailand, we are now offering an opportunity for additional PPE experts to join our growing team at Lyreco Intersafe.
PPE Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the General Sales Teams. As the Lyreco Intersafe PPE Specialist in your region, you will be collaborating closely with a team of 15 general sales representatives, who are selling Lyreco Intersafe’s full product range of PPE as well as other office & workplace supplies. As a Lyreco Intersafe PPE Specialist, you will make joint visits with these general sales representatives to our existing customers who may already purchase PPE or wish to purchase PPE.
- Visiting Customers & Prospects: You will also make your own visits to the largest PPE customers & prospects. Due to the technical nature of PPE sales, usually there would not be more than 3 to 4 quality sales visits per day on the days you are in the field.
- Customer Needs Analysis: By listening and understanding each customer’s safety requirements, you will apply your technical PPE product knowledge and experience to allow product mapping between the customers business activities and Lyreco Intersafe’s PPE product solutions.
- Product & Knowledge Development: In addition to customer interaction, you will be required to attend regular training with Lyreco Intersafe’s product principals and deliver this knowledge to the 15 sales representatives in your region. This will ensure that the correct PPE products are being offered and that the PPE knowledge of the sales team is being always upskilled and developed.
- Launching Lyreco Intersafe’s Own Brand of PPE in Thailand: In 2025 you will be actively involved in the launches of Intersafe’s two ranges of own brand safety products into the Thai market whilst also attending exhibitions and trade shows where Lyreco Intersafe are exhibiting.
- Proposals & Presentations: Creating customer proposals with PPE products, pricing, and solutions to help achieve your individual and team sales and profit targets are a key part of the role.
- Training, Support & Market Insights Naturally, the ability to communicate with many of Lyreco Intersafe’s product principals in English is needed, although we do not expect you to be fluent.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in PPE product sales, particularly with international PPE brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of PPE products and the marketplace in Thailand.
- Good ability in English, with solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Own personal car & have driving license.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
