Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced PowerCurve Product Owner to lead the product vision, define strategic priorities, and drive initiatives that improve the platform’s value, performance, and user experience. This role involves working closely with stakeholders including clients, sales teams, and engineering, translating business needs into platform features, and ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will leverage deep domain expertise in PowerCurve architecture, rule management, and API integration to support enterprise credit risk and loan management solutions, contributing directly to operational excellence and innovation.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
Proven experience in product management or product owner roles within software or platform solutions
Deep understanding of PowerCurve architecture, rule management, APIs, and data models
Familiarity with business requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and stakeholder management expertise
Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
Preferred Skills:
Experience with configuration, rule development, and system calibration in PowerCurve or similar platforms
Knowledge of cloud deployment and integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting enterprise platforms
Certifications related to Product Management, Agile, or Technical domains (e.g., Scrum, Product Owner certifications)
Overall Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with organizational and customer goals
Lead strategic planning to enhance PowerCurve platform capabilities and market positioning
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into platform features
Oversee rule development, calibration, and configuration activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators, platform analytics, and user feedback for continuous improvement
Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release schedules for iterative delivery
Present project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Maintain documentation of roadmap, features, and configuration changes

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s preferred
Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies are advantageous
Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise platform products in financial services or related industries
