岗位职责：
- 参与为期12-18个月的Power U 人才发展项目，经历系统化的定向培养和轮岗历练，持续提升专业能力与综合素质；
- 协助分析实际业务绩效与计划的差异，提出改进建议。
- 与管理团队合作，分析财务绩效驱动因素，识别市场趋势。
- 协助财务报告、业务计划、预算和预测的准备，重点关注产品/业务线盈利能力、产品成本核算及生产差异分析。
- 构建财务模型，对各种假设情景进行分析，评估对组织的影响。
- 通过核对和异常审查，确保财务数据及报告的准确性。
- 汇总数据，制作报告及演示文稿，向管理层提供分析建议。
- 引入自动化解决方案，消除重复工作，持续优化工作效率。
- 执行职责范围内的内部控制，维护审计档案。
岗位要求：
- 硕士及以上学历应届毕业生（或不超过2年工作经验），财务、会计、数据分析或相关专业。
- 具有较强的学习敏捷性和成长潜力，有抱负、好奇心强、乐于探索新事物。
- 自我驱动、主动积极，有清晰的职业发展目标。
- 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力，具备团队合作精神。
