Internal Responsibilities:
- Assist in project launch activities and internal project coordination
- Support monthly sales report preparation and data analysis
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining technical materials and updating pricing information
- Facilitate internal communications across departments
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events (e.g., PS Exhibitions, PS Tech Forums)
- Provide general support for other internal needs as required
External Responsibilities:
- Assist in communication with customers regarding ongoing projects and series production
- Help arrange and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
- Provide general support for customer-related tasks as needed
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in project coordination, technical documentation, or sales support
- Full-time paid internship for 6 months (July-December).
