As a Power Platform & SharePoint developer, a typical day might include the following:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
- Customizing and managing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Platform apps and SharePoint functionality.
- Documenting solutions, workflows, and best practices for internal teams.
- Staying current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements or new features.
This job might be for you if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and
- You enjoy solving complex problems and simplifying workflows through automation.

- You have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience administering and customizing SharePoint Online, including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integration points, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Power Platform connectors, data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL), and formula language (Power Fx).
- Experience with solution lifecycle management, including version control, testing, and deployment in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance best practices in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Range Data:
Power Platform & Share Point Developer, $88,600 – $108,100. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location
