About the Role:
Are you a skilled and ambitious Power Platform Developer with a passion for innovation? We're seeking a motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience in implementing cutting-edge solutions on the Power Platform. You'll join a team of highly skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 consultants. Our mission is to deliver top-notch technical solutions that support our clients' processes and requirements through the implementation and client-specific development of Power Platform solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to internal product development, creating extensions and verticals for Dynamics 365 Sales and the Office 365 ecosystem. With a strong focus on user experience, experience in React and PowerApps Component Framework development is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and understand functional requirements and Technical Architecture.
- Conduct Fit Gap Analysis and prepare Technical Specifications.
- Develop High-Level Project Work Plans and lead technical discussions with clients.
- Utilize Power Platform Customization & Configuration to develop solutions.
- Design and develop solutions on the Power Platform based on Model-driven, Canvas, and Power Pages.
- Create custom PowerApps Component Framework controls to enhance user experience.
- Extend Power Platform through JavaScript/Typescript, plugins, workflows, and external apps using best practices.
- Implement flows and other business logic using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
- Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Power Platform and MS Dynamics 365/2013/2015/2016.
- Proficiency in developing efficient solutions using JavaScript/Typescript, jQuery, React, Plug-In, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes.
- Experience from implementing “low code” business logic using Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience developing PowerApps Component Framework controls (PCFs).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 product and SDK knowledge.
- Experience with advanced web development technologies like REST, JSON, WCF, OData, and jQuery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, track, and prioritize activities across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Azure Technologies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience in UX Design.
- Experience in implementing Office365.
- Experience in developing mobile apps using Swift and/or Java.
- Experience in Dynamics CRM on-premises installation.
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and experience in integrating reports with Dynamics 365.
