Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Power Platform Developer - Senior to support the ARNG ENOCS program by leading the design and implementation of sophisticated Power Platform solutions. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages to enhance operational efficiency and data management. This position is pivotal in establishing governance standards, secure access controls, and integration frameworks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data governance policies. The role contributes significantly to the program's mission by advising stakeholders on automation strategies and scalability considerations, thereby supporting the broader enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Establish and maintain governance standards and secure role-based access controls.
- Develop integration frameworks and lifecycle management processes for Power Platform solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on automation strategies and scalability considerations.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data governance policies.
- Oversee the integration of Power BI with existing systems to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise objectives.
- Provide expertise in Agile/DevSecOps environments to streamline development processes.
- Conduct testing and deployment of applications across government and commercial sectors.
Required Qualifications

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise applications and solutions.
- Extensive expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
- Strong background in full SDLC implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience working within Agile/DevSecOps environments.
