JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Power Automate with Salesforce and the company's other systems. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain automated workflows and data integrations between Salesforce and Microsoft 365 ecosystem applications.

This role requires strong experience in API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and CRM data structures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop Power Automate flows integrating with Salesforce and other systems such as Xero/Xero Practice Manager
  • Build and maintain API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Work with Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases)
  • Implement OAuth authentication and secure connections
  • Handle error logging, monitoring, and API limits
  • Optimize automation performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Document automation architecture and integration processes


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate required)
  • Experience working with Salesforce or integrating with Salesforce is highly regarded.
  • Experience with custom connectors in Power Platform
  • Experience with JSON, HTTP actions, and webhook integrations
  • Understanding of API rate limits and error handling strategies
  • Experience working with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
