Position: Power Platform Developer – Power Apps | Power Automate RPAAbout the Role:As a Power Platform Developer at Navaide, you will design and implement low-code solutions that enhance productivity, automate processes, and transform digital operations for federal and defense clients. Your work will focus on delivering scalable applications using Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate for robotic process automation (RPA) and integration scenarios.
How you will Make an Impact:
You will contribute to agile teams delivering modern, secure, and compliant solutions that empower both business and technical stakeholders while aligning with governance standards set by Power Platform Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Relevant Skills and Experience:- 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Power Apps (model-driven and canvas)
- Strong expertise with Power Automate, including RPA, API integrations, and approval workflows
- Familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, and environment governance
- Ability to design intuitive UI/UX experiences and responsive layouts
- Experience with Power Platform administration, version control, and solution packaging
- Strong understanding of app lifecycle management (ALM) and security roles
- Proficiency in formulas (Power Fx), expressions, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working in regulated environments or within a Power Platform CoE is a plus
- Design and develop scalable Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven) based on user and business needs
- Build RPA and integration flows using Power Automate to connect cloud and on-premises systems
- Work closely with business users, analysts, and architects to understand requirements and deliver functional apps
- Apply ALM best practices including DevOps integration, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines
- Implement security roles, connectors, and policies aligned with CoE governance
- Conduct testing, performance tuning, and documentation for production readiness
- Support knowledge sharing and training for end users and citizen developers
Must be eligible to receive a DoD security clearance
Travel:Occasional travel may be required (<10%)
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
