Navaide is seeking a Power Platform Developer to help transform Navy training processes with cutting-edge automation and data solutions.
Your Impact:
As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing workflow automation tools for our Navy clients. You’ll leverage Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Office 365 suite to enhance data collection, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows. Your expertise will bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless automation that drives mission success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and enhance Navy Training Process Workflow Automation tools using Microsoft Power Platform
- Build data-driven solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint for file management and version control
- Design and implement business process automation and system integration strategies
- Support testing and refinement of new features, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with clients and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Optimize digital signature workflows and role-based access control systems
- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting
What you Bring:
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint for file management and version control
- Proven ability to manage full application lifecycle – from concept to deployment
- Background in business process automation and system integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex projects
- Active Secret clearance (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital signature integration and role-based access control
- Experience creating data analysis and project management tools for defense/government sectors
- Knowledge of NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments
- Expertise in extending Power Platform capabilities with Power Platform CLI, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps
- Experience supporting Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Security Clearance:
This role requires an active Secret clearance. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
