Program Overview
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Task 2 — Enterprise Applications Support — delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management.
Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Power Platform Developer - Junior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by contributing to the development and maintenance of innovative Power Platform solutions in Fairfax, VA. The selected candidate will play a vital role in building forms, workflows, and data connections to enhance business process automation and enterprise application functionality. This position is crucial for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of automation solutions within the broader enterprise IT framework.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of Power Platform solutions by building forms and workflows.
- Support the creation of data connections to enable business process automation.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure the functionality and reliability of automation solutions.
- Contribute to documentation efforts to maintain comprehensive records of development processes.
- Enhance existing solutions by implementing improvements under supervision.
- Follow established development standards and configuration management practices.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements to maintain secure system operation.

Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Basic proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CND
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Up to 3 years of experience in application development, automation, or data solution activities within DoD or Federal IT environments
- Demonstrated experience with Low-Code/No-Code solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to assist in testing, documentation, and enhancement of automation solutions
- Familiarity with configuration management practices and cybersecurity requirements
