We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic, early career, Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio (previously Power Virtual Agents). This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that enhance business processes and digital transformation. You will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders while learning best practices in solution development.
Location: This position offers full time telework from any U.S. based location.

Responsibilities
Gather requirements with stakeholders and help translate them into technical tasks.
Architect solutions using Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
Develop and configure responsive canvas and model-driven Power Apps for data entry and user interactions.
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows using a variety of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party connectors.
Create agents in Copilot Studio by building simple conversational flows, experimenting with new features, and innovating with generative AI capabilities.
Perform data integration tasks using standard connectors and APIs.
Employ agents and AI Builder to further automate and enhance solutions
Test and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
Provide user support and assist with adoption of Power Platform tools.
Assist citizen developers across the enterprise with their Power Platform questions and issues.
Document solutions and processes to support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Learn and stay current with new features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications
US citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent coursework/experience.
2 - 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools (academic, internship, or professional).
Fundamental knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
Experience working with Copilot Studio to build and deploy agents.
Understanding of data concepts such as tables, relationships, and connectors.
Exposure to PowerFx and Power Automate Expressions
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Fundamentals, App Maker) are a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI for creating simple reports and dashboards is a plus.
