Bei NTT DATA übernimmst Du im Bereich Professional Services eine technische Senior-Rolle mit klarem Fokus auf Power Platform und einem wachsenden Schwerpunkt auf Copilot. Du arbeitest an KI-gestützten Lösungsansätzen und Agenten-Szenarien in einem Themenfeld, das wir gezielt von Exploration bis in produktive Kundenlösungen ausbauen. Wir suchen einen Power Platform/Copilot (Senior) Technical Consultant, der komplexe Anforderungen in belastbare Lösungen übersetzt, architektonische Zielbilder entwickelt und die technische Umsetzung in Projekten aktiv mitgestaltet. Je nach Projekt übernimmst Du dabei fachliche Verantwortung und baust Deine Rolle in Richtung Technical Lead weiter aus. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Solution Design, Architektur und technischen Workshops. Dein Einsatzschwerpunkt liegt primär in Deiner Region, projektabhängig sind auch deutschlandweite Einsätze möglich.

• Du arbeitest in Projekten rund um Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate und Dataverse und übernimmst je nach Projekt fachliche Verantwortung. 

• Du analysierst Anforderungen, priorisierst gemeinsam mit Kunde und Projektteam und entwickelst belastbare Lösungs- und Architekturkonzepte für produktive und skalierbare Lösungen im Enterprise-Kontext.

• Du verantwortest Solution Design, technische Qualität und die Einführung von Anwendungen, Automatisierungen und Agenten-Szenarien. 

• Du leitest technische Workshops, gibst fachliche Orientierung im Projekt und arbeitest eng mit Technischen Consultants, (DevOps) Engineers, Entwickler:innen und Projektmanager:innen s zusammen. 

• Du bewegst Dich je nach Projekt in Greenfield-, Brownfield- oder Adoption-Szenarien. 

• Du steigst bei Bedarf punktuell in die Umsetzung ein, wenn es im Projekt sinnvoll ist oder Du gezielt technische Schwerpunkte setzen willst.

• Du unterstützt bei Bedarf im technischen (Pre-)Sales, der Schwerpunkt bleibt auf Consulting und Delivery. 

• Mehrjährige, fundierte Projekterfahrung im Microsoft Power Platform-Umfeld. 

• Du bringst Erfahrung darin mit, komplexe Anforderungen in belastbare Architektur- und Lösungskonzepte zu übersetzen und hast idealerweise bereits fachliche Verantwortung in Projekten übernommen oder möchtest Dich in diese Richtung weiterentwickeln.

• Du bringst sehr gute Praxis in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse sowie bei Integrationen über APIs und Konnektoren mit; Erfahrung mit Copilot oder Copilot Studio ist ein Plus. 

• Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Governance, ALM und die sichere Skalierung produktiver Lösungen. 

• Du trittst souverän in technischen Workshops und im Stakeholder-Management auf und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

• Du bringst Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte mit. Wo es das Projekt zulässt, setzen wir auf eine pragmatische, möglichst regionale Planung und beziehen Remote-Arbeit mit ein.

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind unverzichtbar.
