社内向け業務アプリ・ワークフロー開発担当（Power Platform）、東京/ Business Application & Workflow Developer (Power Platform), Internal IT, Tokyo

役割（Role）

本ポジションでは、主に社内業務を対象として、各業務部門と連携しながら課題や要件を整理し、Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps / Power Automate）を活用した業務アプリケーションおよびワークフローの設計、開発、運用を担当いただきます。また、さまざまな情報ソースから必要なデータを収集・分析し、最適な解決策を提案します。業務要件や機能仕様の分析を行い、設計、開発、テスト、導入、運用サポート、ならびに改善・機能追加まで一貫して担います。TD SYNNEXの各事業部門と連携しながら、マルチティア環境における堅牢なシステムアーキテクチャに基づいた統合ソリューションの開発を推進していただきます。

主な業務内容（Responsibilities）

• 複数の業務領域におけるビジネス要件を分析し、アプリケーションソフトウェアやパッケージ製品の評価を行う
• 業務課題を解決するためのプロセスや運用手順の設計・改善を行う
• アプリケーションコンポーネントやシステム連携インターフェースの開発・設定を行う
• 変更管理（Change Control）および本番環境での検証プロセスの調整・スケジューリングを実施し、関連ドキュメントを作成する
• 開発・設定内容が社内標準を遵守していることを確認し、システム連携に関する課題への対応および成果物のバージョン管理を行う
• アーキテクチャ標準や開発手法・ベストプラクティスに準拠した業務アプリケーションの開発を行う
• テスト計画を策定し、単体・結合テスト結果の検証、回帰テストおよび統合テストを実施する
• 他のIT部門と連携しながらプロジェクト推進およびシステム導入・運用支援を行う
• 要件をシステム設計へ落とし込み、影響分析や詳細設計書の作成、および成果物のバージョン管理を行う
• その他、会社から指示された関連業務

応募要件 (Qualification Requirement)

必須要件

• システム開発またはアプリケーション開発における実務経験3～5年以上
• 要件定義、設計、開発、運用のうち複数工程をリードした経験
• Power Platformに限らず、kintone等のワークフロー／ローコード開発ツールを活用した経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）
• 英語：基本的な読み書きができるレベル
• 論理的かつ明確なコミュニケーション能力
• 関係者向けプレゼンテーション資料の作成および説明スキル
• 最小限の指示のもと、自律的に業務を推進できる方
• 新しいシステムやテクノロジーを迅速に習得できる方

歓迎要件（尚可）

• Power Apps、Power Automateを利用した開発経験
• Microsoft 365環境の変更や刷新に伴うシステム移行・改修経験
• AI活用による業務効率化・高度化に関する知識、興味、または実務経験

英語による基本的なコミュニケーション（読み書き）が可能な方
