  • Proven experience designing mission-critical workflows including multi-step approvals, routing logic, error handling, and lifecycle tracking

  • Demonstrated ability to build polished, production-ready UI/UX for non-technical federal users across apps and portals

  • Experience modernizing manual, document-driven, or email-based processes in regulated or structured environments

  • Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders including requirements gathering, demos, wireframes, and iterative delivery

  • Azure DevOps Platform

  • Git Repo and Source Control

  • APIs & Third-Party Integrations

  • Experience supporting users in high-sensitivity or compliance-driven environments

  • Active or existing SECRET clearance (preferred, not required)

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
