Support design for derivative products. AutoCAD/ Inventor/3D designing skill set. Lead or support review and consolidation of project results for each project phase, failure analysis, and improvement plan. Evaluate technical feasibilities and select suitable suppliers for new processes and materials. In addition, participates and supports supplier selection/ qualification and audit activities in conjunction with the Global Supply Chain/ Quality/ Supplier Development Engineering Team. Drive/ support mass production ramp-up and yield improvement and monitoring (Phase 4 - 5) after project Phase 3 release from R&D. Support of project timeline, resources, and logistic needs, direct and indirect BOM as needed by the project. Support both internal and external technical audits. Act as a communication channel between internal stakeholders and internal customers. Maintain efficient phase review documentation per APQP and the company's corporate requirements. Occasional international travel for internal knowledge transfer and supplier development qualification.
