Responsibilities- Lead OBC/DCDC hardware design work
- Cascade the Ford OBC/DCDC H/W requirement(CDS/RQT/DR) to supplier and review supplier design to make sure meet Ford requirement.
- Tracking and reviewing supplier design architecture/ DFMEA/PCB layout/SCAAF/WCCA/ DV/PV and other deliverables to meet program milestones.
- Lead OBC/DCDC H/W related quality issue investigation and solutions identification.
- Master Degree in Electronic Power is preferred.
- Power conversion module supplier 3 years H/W design experience preferred
- Good knowledge of electronic components, Topology, PCB layout, magnetic components design.
- Familiar with EMC, function safety, thermal management requirements .
- Familiar with GDPS or product development process.
- Strong Communication, Planning and Project Management Skills and Self-Starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
