Job Description
Are you passionate about data analysis and have expertise in Power BI? iA Financial Group is seeking a Power BI Specialist to join the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) team.
Your future mandate will aim to provide quality support across the organization by ensuring governance, service delivery, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Power BI platform, as well as creating solutions to visualize and analyze project data.
Responsibilities

Produce mockups and dashboards to visualize data and KPI status

Collaborate closely with data analysts and business relationship specialists to adapt visuals to organizational needs

Maintain proactive, customer-oriented approach within/outside GPMO
-
Identify and resolve common data transformation errors

Control Power BI access and maintain security best practices

Write and update technical and user documentation
-
Manage solution-required gateways and provide associated support

Monitor technical capacity performance and adapt distribution as needed

Configure tenant settings to manage feature usage

Monitor published Power BI content inventory and usage

Ensure evolution of organizational KPIs and metrics
Required Skills
-
University degree in administration, IT, or relevant field
-
3+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years with Power BI

Advanced Power Query transformation knowledge

Power Apps knowledge (asset)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing deadlines rigorously

Advanced Office 365 knowledge

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required, as the person will communicate daily with various partners, suppliers, and Power BI developers
