Key Responsibilities
Power BI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Develop and manage scalable Power BI Semantic Models to support self-service analytics.
- Ensure adherence to BI development standards, performance tuning, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
Managed Services Leadership
- Lead and manage BI support and enhancement teams within a managed services environment.
- Oversee incident management, service requests, change requests, and release management activities.
- Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Plan resource allocation, capacity management, and delivery governance.
Manage compliance teams and projects, Define compliance strategies and standards, Oversee compliance audits and assessments, Ensure organizational alignment with regulations, Provide strategic guidance.
QualificationsBachelor's/Master's in any stream 5-8 years
