What You’ll Do:

  • Design and maintain executive‑ready Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models aligned to business requirements.
  • Translate business and operational requirements using AI-driven solutions to simulate and model potential impacts to production schedules.
  • Deliver operational insights on lead times, yields, cycle time, and performance gaps across Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
  • Develop advanced measures, KPIs, and data models using integrated data from multiple sources (SQL, warehouses/lakes, APIs, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Optimize performance and usability using Power BI best practices, standardized visuals, and reusable templates.
  • Manage Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, datasets, dataflows, gateways, security (RLS), and governance controls.
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, availability, and scalable BI solutions.
  • Validate accuracy, troubleshoot issues, enable users through training and documentation, and contribute to analytics standards and roadmap.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI deployment architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) & data modeling
  • Experience querying relational databases using SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • US citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
