Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transforming complex data sets into insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as Redshift, Google Sheets, and other third-party applications.
• Perform data modeling, transformations, and calculations using DAX and Power Query.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience in querying databases.
• Familiarity with data integration from multiple sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes is a plus.
