Partner with stakeholders and product owners to translate KPIs, reporting needs, and analytical questions into wireframes, technical designs, and delivery plans
Build scalable semantic models using star schemas, conformed dimensions, reusable measures, and clearly defined business logic
Develop advanced DAX measures, calculation groups, time-intelligence logic, and Power Query (M) transformations for accurate and maintainable reporting
Connect Power BI to Databricks SQL Warehouses, Delta Lake tables, and governed views using Import, DirectQuery, and composite models
Collaborate with Databricks engineers to define gold-layer datasets, optimize SQL, and ensure data quality, lineage, and business-rule consistency
Design intuitive report experiences using drill-through, bookmarks, tooltips, conditional formatting, mobile layouts, and accessible visualization practices

Establish reconciliation, validation, peer review, and UAT practices to ensure completeness, accuracy, and release readiness
Troubleshoot refresh failures, connectivity issues, DAX or model defects, and production performance problems within defined SLAs
Support CI/CD, version control, and release automation for Power BI artifacts with platform and DevOps teams
Maintain solution designs, data dictionaries, measure catalogs, report specifications, support guides, and knowledge articles
Mentor Power BI developers and analysts through design reviews, code reviews, reusable patterns, and hands-on coaching
