Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Power BI Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Business Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex, raw data into actionable, high-impact business insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain robust data models and interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and deploy visually appealing, intuitive, and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Data Modeling & DAX: Develop scalable data models (star/snowflake schemas) and write advanced, optimized DAX queries, calculated columns, and measures.

• Data Integration (ETL): Connect to diverse data sources, clean, shape, and transform complex datasets using Power Query and M language.

• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and underlying data models to ensure high-speed performance and fast refresh rates.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.

• Governance & Administration: Manage Power BI workspaces, row-level security (RLS), apps, and schedule data refreshes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience developing enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language).

  • Deep understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling (Star Schema), and ETL processes.

  • Solid command of SQL for querying, data validation, and writing complex joins or views.
