The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Power Apps Developer with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the Dataverse environment, focusing on creating Model-Driven Apps and working across the Power Platform to streamline business processes. The position is an office-based role in our Sydney office but we will also consider candidates that can work in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Solutions with Dataverse: Build, manage, and optimize Dataverse data models, ensuring consistency, integrity, and efficient use of relationships between tables
• Leverage Dynamics 365 Capabilities: Utilize Dynamics 365 functionality to create robust, integrated solutions, enabling seamless business workflows and improving overall customer relationship management
• Create and Maintain Model-Driven Apps: Develop Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, focusing on intuitive, user-friendly applications that meet business requirements
• Power Platform Integration: Leverage Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate to design and deploy business solutions that automate processes and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users to understand their needs and design appropriate solutions using Dataverse and the Power Platform tools
• Data Relationships and Structures: Ensure deep understanding and effective implementation of Dataverse table structures, relationships, and entity management for optimal solution delivery
• Automate Business Processes: Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate, enhancing business efficiency across various applications and systems
• Provide End-User Training and Support: Deliver training to end-users on using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps effectively, ensuring users can fully leverage the applications built
• Stay Up to Date with Power Platform: Continuously update your skills and knowledge on the latest Dataverse, Power Platform, and Model-Driven App capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Preferred: Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or related technologies
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, including managing table structures, relationships, and data models
• Hands-on experience developing Model-Driven Apps within the Power Platform environment
• Experience with Dynamics 365: Familiarity with configuring, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 for CRM and business workflows is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for building custom applications and automating business processes
• Strong understanding of Dataverse table structures, relationships, and entity management
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and best practices
• Microsoft Certification in Power Platform, Dataverse, or related technologies is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• A passion for leveraging Dataverse and the Power Platform to deliver business solutions and automation
