This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished products meet quality, durability, and appearance standards prior to final assembly and shipment.

Skills Required
- At least 1 year of industrial coating or powder coating application experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment
- Basic understanding of coating materials, surface preparation, and application techniques
- Ability to operate coating and spray application equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and hazardous material handling practices
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically active manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in coating application or a related trade field
- Experience with automated or industrial coating systems
- Familiarity with powder coating, industrial paint systems, or protective finishes
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to hazardous materials and coatings
- Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
