The role
As an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect at Nebius, you will join our team, focusing on designing, implementing and maintaining large-scale distributed machine learning (ML) training and inference workflows. Working together with our Solutions Architect and support team, Cloud Solutions Architect provides hands-on expertise for our largest customers and internal teams alike.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in MLOps, containerization and distributed computing, with a passion for optimizing ML pipelines. If you have experience with K8S, Slurm and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or MXNet, and if you’re eager to jump into GPU highload workloads industry, this position is for you!

Your responsibilities will include:
- Design tailored cloud architectures:
- Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, and craft customized solutions leveraging the full suite of Nebius services.
- Serve as a technical advisor:
- Provide best-practice guidance to customers on cloud adoption, migration strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Develop and contribute to training and inference Solutions Library:
- Design, deploy and manage K8s and Slurm clusters for large-scale ML training, leveraging our ready-to deploy solutions.
- Develop reference architectures:
- Create reusable, scalable, and secure templates and frameworks for common use cases, enabling customers to accelerate their adoption journey.
- Drive technical enablement:
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and technical sessions to educate customers and partners about the capabilities and advantages of our platform.
- Develop automation scripts and tools:
- Create automation scripts and tools to streamline ML training workflows, leveraging technologies like Ansible, Terraform or Python.
- Collaborate on product enhancements:
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and emerging industry trends.
- Stay ahead of the curve:
- Monitor and evaluate emerging cloud technologies and market trends, integrating them into your strategies and customer engagements.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or cloud engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of core cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Scripting and programming proficiency (Python, Go, Java, or similar languages).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts, including parallel processing and job scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of ML model serving and deployment
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana or ELK Stack
- Experience with NVIDIA AI stack: Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU acceleration technologies, including CUDA, TensorRT, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA hardware solutions: Understanding of how to integrate and optimize NVIDIA GPUs (e.g., H200, H100, L40s) for high-performance workloads.
