Postpaid Base Management Chief

📌 Propósito Principal:

Serás responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear estrategias comerciales que potencien la rentabilidad y fidelización de la base de clientes postpago. Tu misión será liderar iniciativas clave en todos los canales (tiendas, televentas y campañas de marketing) a lo largo del ciclo de vida del cliente, desde la captación hasta la retención. También gestionarás la distribución estratégica de smartphones, la administración de la oferta comercial y la negociación con proveedores para garantizar una propuesta de valor competitiva y sostenible.  

Responsabilidades:

✅ Liderar la ejecución y monitoreo de estrategias comerciales para optimizar la monetización y rentabilidad de la base de clientes postpago.  
✅ Definir y ejecutar planes comerciales alineados con las necesidades de cada canal de venta y renovación, asegurando su máximo desempeño.  
✅ Supervisar la distribución y abastecimiento de smartphones, levantando alertas y garantizando la disponibilidad de inventario en cada canal.  
✅ Administrar la oferta comercial para mantener la competitividad y salud financiera del negocio postpago.  
✅ Coordinar la implementación de proyectos clave que mejoren la experiencia del cliente y generen nuevas oportunidades de monetización.  
✅ Planificar y negociar acuerdos estratégicos con proveedores para optimizar la venta y renovación de dispositivos y servicios postpago.  

Requisitos y Competencias Clave
✔️ Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines.  
✔️ Experiencia en estrategias comerciales, gestión de ventas y desarrollo de negocios.  
✔️ Habilidad para analizar datos y transformar insights en acciones estratégicas.  
✔️ Capacidad de negociación y relacionamiento con stakeholders internos y externos.  
✔️ Enfoque en resultados, liderazgo y pensamiento estratégico.
