We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative!
The Inside Sales Representative will represent the company in day-to-day retailer contact and will be responsible for supporting long-term relationships with the goal of increasing prepaid retailer performance.
Some of the ISR responsibilities include working closely with other epay employees such as the sales team, the operations team, the product team, customer service and finance. Also, will include communication with retail owner, retail sales associates, master agents/ISO personnel to assist them in managing their prepaid airtime business and to ensure their satisfaction with the epay program.
Qualifications/ requirements:
- Great interpersonal relationships and assertive communication skills are a must.
- Exceptionally strong, professional-grade oral and written communication in English.
- Requires high volume of outbound calling, with an eagerness to assume multiple responsibilities, challenges, and make informed decisions quickly.
- Experience with objection-handling and sales negotiation preferred.
- Must be able to quickly establish rapport with others and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Strong experience with Office 365 Suite, good handling of Excel at intermediate level.
Requirements
Advanced English level.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills.
Previous experience working in sales or outbound campaigns is a plus
