CME Group is currently looking for a Post-Trade Client Services & Risk summer intern. This candidate will assist the Post-Trade Client Services & Risk on day-to-day activities in support of our clearing applications and customer support. The Post-Trade Client Services & Risk Intern provides primary-level problem resolution & customer service to all current & potential clients/
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop an understanding of CME Clearing infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, such as account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and support of OTC clearing.
Assist in solving problems, testing, and creating documentation across all asset classes/initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives. Provide clear/professional responses to client queries, provide day to day support of customer questions.
Skills / Software Requirements:
Must work well in a team environment
Self-motivated and curious individual
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel preferred
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Currently pursuing a BA/BS
Majors in relevant business degree or applicable STEM fields preferred, but not required.
