OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Post Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day security operations at an assigned client location. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies, and serving as the primary on-site liaison between the client and Andy Frain Services. The Post Site Supervisor leads by example through professionalism, strong customer service, and effective leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Supervision- Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads.
- Manage performance through coaching, documentation, and corrective action when needed.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, coverage, and accurate timekeeping.
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with post orders and company policies.
- Perform post inspections and verify required patrols, reports, and logs are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform Security Officer duties as needed while leading daily site operations.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms while coordinating with law enforcement, fire, and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain emergency preparedness and enforce established safety procedures.
- Monitor and support security systems including CCTV, access control, fire panels, elevators, radios, and related equipment.
- Ensure company vehicles and security equipment are inspected and maintained.
- Identify safety concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for client representatives.
- Build positive working relationships with mall management, tenants, vendors, and local police and fire departments.
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding staffing, performance, incidents, and operational needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Previous security experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
- Comfortable using security technology and standard office equipment.
- Reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with diverse groups.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both supervision of staff and active participation in daily security operations, including patrols, inspections, incident response, extended standing and walking, and occasional overtime based on business needs.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Required
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system, one year of which must be in the capacity of a supervisory position within the Security Industry.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
