The role

We are on the lookout for a Post-Sales Intern to join our Academy B2C
Sales Team.

In this role, your mission will be to ensure a smooth
and positive experience for learners after their enrollment, with a strong focus on aftercare activities such as administrative support, payment-related processes, and continuous communication with Talent Garden.

The internship will ideally last 6 months and is based in Barcelona at our vibrant Poblenou campus—just steps from the sea. We’re all set to get started, so availability as soon as possible is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Guide students through the onboarding process, ensuring clarity around program details, schedules, and requirements.
  • Support learners with administrative and financial procedures, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for enrolled students, answering questions and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Team Leaders to guarantee a seamless handover from sales to post-sales.
  • Track and update learner information in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Gather feedback from students to continuously improve the post-sales and onboarding experience.

About you

You are an about-to-graduate or freshly graduated student, eligible for an internship agreement through your university.
On top of this:

  • You are eager to kick-start your career in customer relations, with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable when guiding learners through processes.
  • You are either already living in Barcelona or able to relocate there on short notice—this is a must.
  • You have native-level Italian and at least B2/C1 English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Next steps. You'll then meet our Team Leaders, Leopoldo and Beatrice. This conversation will include a roleplay exercise designed to assess your communication skills and sales attitude.

Final step. You’ll meet with Matteo, our Sales Operations Director, and our Talent Acquisition Specialist for a final conversation focused on cultural fit and alignment with our way of working.
