RESPONSIBILITIES

(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Handles incoming mail pertaining to the department
• Receives and scans closing packages or trailing documents
• Boxes and prepares closing packages for destruction
• Pulls original notes as necessary
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)

• Attention to detail
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to lift and move 30lb bins throughout day

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$43,680.00 - $59,987.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
