Job Description Summary:

Test and release cutting edge Machine Learning/AI features for established software solutions used by many Fortune 100 companies. Rocket Software is recognized by major analysts as a leading vendor for AI/ML for Enterprise Software solutions. We are looking for highly motivated Quality Engineers with demonstrable skills and interest in MLOps and ML/AI testing to join a dynamic team of like-minded engineers to develop the next generation of real-world Machine Learning based solutions.

Job Overview:  

The Quality Engineer-III tests, builds, and manages the lifecycle of ML services and artifacts.  Defines acceptance criteria for feature enhancements, reports bugs, manages release artifacts and workflows, and creates automated tests and test frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Build, deploy, test, verify, and release cutting-edge Machine Learning/AI features in Python for an established Enterprise Content Services Platform. 
• Participate as an individual contributor in an agile process at all stages of Machine Learning feature development from Business Understanding to Operationalization. 
• Be responsible for Manual and Automated QA Testing, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Work in an agile environment with a cross-functional team staffed in the USA and India  
   

Required Qualifications:  

• Demonstrable expertise in Python test automation.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and execute tests based on developer documentation.
• Use of product knowledge and insight to design and execute exploratory tests.
• Experience with load/stress/soak testing of enterprise/web scale services.
• Proficiency deploying Enterprise Software on premise and in cloud. 
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices, tools, and infrastructure.
• Understanding of current SecOps tools and standards.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn new tools or technologies required for the project. 
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English. 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and development skills.
• Ability to work in and across teams.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 5 years of professional experience in the Software Development field.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience as an individual contributor in QA, automation or ML Ops for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects.
• Experience as a Python whitebox tester.
• Experience working with microservices and container orchestrated environments. 

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
