Preferred Skills
- Responsible: Proven ability to manage multiple projects
independently, within deadlines, without extensive input and guidance.
- Team leader: Improving overall performance and quality of
work through mentoring and constructive feedback to your team.
- Client alignment: Ensuring that the design brief is
understood and adhered to. Should be able to balance the
client's expectations in addition to the end-users needs with
practical designing solutions.
- Communication: An acumen for public speaking & English
writing with clarity & effectiveness will be highly
appreciated. This role will require doing presentations and
communication with clients regularly.
