- Own the resolution of escalated project issues, collaborating with business and IT peers, technical leads and functional managers to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversight of program/project financials as well as vendor management and engagement.
- Business analysis, change management, risk management, resource management, metrics tracking and other required P&QDS deliverables.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the company.
