Key Responsibilities:
Advertising Campaigns & Media Buying:
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on ad campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements.
Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences.
- Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine future strategies.
Database Management & CRM:
- Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,) to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage new partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business goals.
Marketing Automation:
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
- Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools.
- Continuously test and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital advertising, email marketing, media buying, CRM management, and marketing automation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Language: Native in Portuguese, Proficiency in English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
