What do you need to be successful at this job?

• • Language Maestro: Fluent in Portuguese, good English
• • Strong communication and active listening skills
• • A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• • Availability to work in shifts
• • EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal)
• • High school diploma or equivalent
• • Minimum B2 English
• • C1+ level in the working language
