AECOM is seeking for an experienced Ports, Goods and Movements Project Manager for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by execution of projects.
• Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
• Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
• Manages more complex clients and projects.
• Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervises and directs multiple projects or program of projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
• The PM must be capable of performing Business Development for the Goods and movements and Ports market. This covers the following responsibilities among others:
  • Stablish business development strategies,
  • Identification of opportunities,
  • Client engagement for project opportunities
  • Develop capture planning at proposal stage,
  • Contract negotiation.
• The Project Manager must be capable of planning and executing a project considering the following:
  • Project planning and set up.
  • Project execution, delivery and closure
• The PM can perform risk management at proposal and execution phases of a project.
• The PM must have client management skills to pursuit and close opportunities and to execute and deliver projects meeting client satisfaction.
• The PM can manage and developing projects at conceptual, prefeasibility, feasibility and detail design phases.
• The PM is responsible for reporting to Upper Management in Colombia and Latam for project planning and execution.

Preferred Requirements:

• The Project Manager (PM) must have over 7 years of experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
