  • Develop real estate scenarios that clarify options, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, sequencing, and recommended paths forward for client and account leadership.

  • Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into real estate requirements and initiatives, including what space is needed, where options exist, and how decisions support broader portfolio objectives.

  • Coordinate inputs from Transactions, Workplace/Occupancy Planning, Facilities Management, Finance, Design & Construction, and Physical Security to support integrated portfolio recommendations.

  • Facilitate alignment among client, account, and functional stakeholders to support decision-making readiness and implementation planning.

  • Synthesize diverse stakeholder perspectives into a cohesive point of view that clearly explains the decision, rationale, options considered, and recommended next steps.

  • Drive proactive information gathering across functional partners to ensure business cases and recommendations are complete, timely, and supported by the right inputs.

Portfolio Governance & Reporting

  • Oversee recurring and ad hoc portfolio reporting in partnership with Data & Analytics, including trend analysis, critical dates, portfolio opportunities, and decision-support insights.

  • Maintain governance tools including decision logs, action trackers, and risk/dependency registers to support executive planning and accountability.

  • Ensure reporting outputs provide clear visibility into portfolio performance, emerging issues, and required decisions.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Improve business case, reporting, and governance processes to increase consistency, efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder confidence.

  • Standardize decision frameworks, reporting routines, templates, and stakeholder communications that support repeatable advisory delivery.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve research, reporting, information synthesis, and strategic decision-support activities.
