Clicklease’s operations team is expanding! We are looking for engaging collections agents.  Our collectors are responsible for providing a quality customer experience while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on outstanding lease account balances. You'll work in a professional, customer-centric, and high-volume environment; taking inbound calls and texts; making outbound calls, texts and emails while using an auto-dialer or direct dial system to find reasons for delinquency.

Provide exceptional service while being empathetic when evaluating customers’ situations to provide relevant solutions.  Mitigate risk by adhering to all Clicklease policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.  May manage mid or later-stage delinquent accounts.  Refers more complex issues to a higher-level Collections role.
You'll work ON SITE:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $41,600 - $50,000 + monthly performance bonus
FLSA Exemption: Exempt

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with lessees to determine the reason for account delinquency and evaluating customers' financial situations

  • Negotiating for full payment or creating terms for repayment

  • Handling escalation calls and/or more complex collection situations (especially for level III roles)

  • Consistently learning and applying operational policies and State & Federal regulations governing collection practices

  • Working within a structured schedule; calls are monitored for quality and compliance

  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills to achieve department productivity metrics

  • Completing other duties as assigned by leadership

What you have:

  • Intermediate to strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 2 or more years of experience in a customer contact role in a fast-paced organization

  • 1 or more years of collections or account resolution experience (2+ years for level III)

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Professional, courteous, and occasionally assertive communication style

  • Ability to follow instructions, identify issues, and resolve problems

What will make you stand out:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 3 or more years of collections or account resolution experience for level III roles

  • Knowledge of the lease industry or similar financial services experience

  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience handling complex accounts or escalations
