What You'll Do

• Produces meaningful program plans with clear milestones and deliverables across multiple cross-domain teams. A holistic program plan includes dependencies, risks, and other factors that may impede the successful execution of the program.
• Produces program forecasts on time, tracks against the forecast, and raises alerts in advance to prevent financial overages.
• Engages the right leaders at the right time to resolve issues in the project/program.
• Articulates issues clearly and identifies which delivery/product leader's support is needed to keep the project on track when problems arise.
• Handles ambiguity while still being able to time-box decisions and hold relevant leaders accountable for making program decisions on time.
• Articulates schedule/cost impacts when delays occur in the project/program and works with leaders on alternative solutions to keep the project on track.
• Establishes a clear escalation mechanism for the program and uses it when necessary."

What You Know

• Should possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Must have experience in driving programs across the entire portfolio and giving status updates to stakeholders.
• Should have E-Commerce loyalty experience for retail portals.
• Skilled in driving new programs until they stabilize, while also managing the portfolio of programs.
• Must have experience in cross-functional enterprise programs, understanding landscapes and systems with significant complexity, and possessing a clear approach to delivery across a wide variety of systems and technologies.
• Hands-on experience in partnering with delivery and product leaders to navigate program execution.
• Must be self-driven, a quick learner, and demonstrate a strong sense of partnership and program delivery.

Compensation Band

• $120-130k per year
